everything about this stay was really lovely, thank you. alan made everything for all of us. there were very comfy beds. booked it because of modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The location it offers is great close enough to a local supermarket, the coast and the sea. Alan was the best host ever.

Despite the hot weather, the inside stayed pleasantly cool, and we loved relaxing in the suntrap courtyard. The large walk-in shower in the lovely bathroom was a definite plus. The location was perfect, with short distances to nearby attractions like Emsworth, Bosham, and Chichester. It was a nice touch to have milk, wine, and biscuits waiting for us upon arrival. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to others.
