This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The charming setting in a beautiful village, along with its proximity to a local supermarket and public transport, makes it super convenient. The property felt safe and secure, and the cleanliness was jaw-dropping. We were pleasantly surprised to find a well-equipped kitchenette and a private entrance. The accommodation was not only comfortable but also wonderfully cool despite the scorching weather. The courtyard was a fantastic suntrap, perfect for relaxing. We had a fantastic stay at this charming little annex located in a beautiful village. The self-contained setup with a private entrance provided a sense of security. The host truly went above and beyond, leaving thoughtful treats like fruit, milk, and even a bottle of wine. The accommodation was super clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Despite the hot weather, the inside stayed pleasantly cool, and we loved relaxing in the suntrap courtyard. The large walk-in shower in the lovely bathroom was a definite plus. The location was perfect, with short distances to nearby attractions like Emsworth, Bosham, and Chichester. It was a nice touch to have milk, wine, and biscuits waiting for us upon arrival. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to others.

I enjoyed the complimentary WiFi and private parking - makes me feel special. Also, having a terrace and free private parking was a nice touch.
